Holotropic Double Breathwork Retreat WA Sept 2024

Holotropic Breathwork® is a powerful approach to self–exploration and is a combination of ancient breathing practices, evocative music, release work and integration processes. It explores the deeper dimensions of the psyche, evoking your innate inner wisdom, awareness, and potential for healing. Each participant will have the opportunity to experience 2 breathing sessions and 2  sitting sessions. 

Opening circle on the Friday evening offers the opportunity to meet the other participants in the workshop, hear a brief introduction to the practice of Holotropic Breathwork as well as the chance to choose a partner for the following day's breathwork session.

Participants who are new to breathwork will need to have a phone conversation with one of the facilitators, Anthony Olsen or Ruth Langford,  to cover some introductory information. It will also be a chance for the participant to share any relevant information regarding previous experience of Holotropic Breathwork or other practices. The introductory phone call can take between 30 minutes to one hour. 

Once you have registered, you will be sent a link to book your introductory phone call and a medical form which will need to be returned prior to your booked call.

Donnelly Lakes Chalets has a number of chalets consisting of either 2 or 3 bedrooms with a shared bathroom, kitchen, lounge room and hot tub. All rooms have either a queen or two singles. 

Prices include Holotropic Breathwork sessions, accommodation, all meals and snacks. 

If you would like to stay at Donnelly Lakes Chalets on Sunday night, please indicate this on your registration form.

Once your deposit has been paid, you will be sent an invoice for the total amount less the deposit which can be paid in full or installments.
